Terms of Service
The rules for using UnicFlux.
The service
UnicFlux provides a website chat widget and AI and voice agents, a shared inbox and related tools, operated by [Company legal name, registration no., address]. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your team members and the content you add to your agents' knowledge. You must have the right to use that content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes, or to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI output
Agents are powered by AI and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing how your agent behaves and for orders and commitments made through it.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Polar, our merchant of record. Plan limits (AI messages, voice minutes, seats, widgets, knowledge pages) are hard caps; we do not charge overage fees. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
Data protection
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled, including our role as processor of your visitors' data.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
